Ford had launched the much anticipated Mustang at an introductory price of Rs 65 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) in India. The muscle car features a 5.0-litre, Ti-VCT V8 engine which churns out 401PS of power and 515Nm of torque. This potent engine is mated to a 6-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox. This power is enough for the driver to have his moment of fame in any street light drag or the occasional visit to the racing circuit. Features include four selectable drive modes (normal, sport, sport+ and snow/wet), electronic line-lock (a tech aid to help pull off a clean burnout), electronic stability control (ESC) and traction control. You also get a touchscreen infotainment system, Ford MyKey, keyless entry and a push-button start/stop system. Ford has announced that a Hybrid variant of the Mustang is in works and will make its debut in 2020. Meanwhile, Ford has gone ahead and revealed the updated Mustang. The new car features a sleeker design, full-LED front lighting, a 10-speed automatic gearbox, adaptive dampers and more.
